XF 2.0 changing the body of email confirmations

THis has probably been asked and answered but I can only find threads re v.1. I want to include a little ad text in my confirmation emails, but I can't find where to edit the body (the actual text) of these emails. Can someone help me out?

Admin > Appearance > Template modifications > Email

Well actually it is, because that's how I ahave styled my emails.
