Changing PHP Versions

ok that didn't work, when I changed it to 7.4 it came up a page that said service unavailable then I switched back to 7.3 and it is fixed again...

I don't mess with cPanel as it robs resources I can use elsewhere, but does switching to a new version duplicate the loading of all the PECL's you had loaded in the older version, or do you have to select them again? I know in some cPanel instances, it didn't load everything needed and you had to enable certain things (like ImageMagick and such).
