XF 2.0 Changing how new posts look

Hello

I am in a transition between my Proboards forum and new Xenforo forum.

A few users say that once the forum gets busy, it may be hard to see any threads/posts, currently, they appear Bold. Is there a way of getting a "New" next to the post?
