Change timezone for all users

The timezone for users is 1 hour off, after import.
Is it possible to mass update the timezone?

I would like to set all users to 'Amsterdam/Europe'.

I did a search on the forums and found this thread. Is this the same for XF2.2?

So i set my board timezone to EST (GMT-5) and then import VB data. When I look at each user's info, their timezone is still set at Dublin which is default for Xenforo. How do I mass change them. Since my users are majority male, how do I mass change them to male?
