XF 2.1 Change Order of Edit and Report Button

Hey all,
is there a way to change the order of the postbuttons edit and report?


I need Edit at first.

It requires a template edit.

Will appreciate it if the Report button can be hidden under vertical "..." icon. It's not a common button for normal users.

Some sites receive many reports.

Not all member reports own post nor able to edit post of others. So keeping edit button at 1st position helps in understanding they can edit there post and when they cant edit others they will see report option at 1st.
