XF 2.2 change meta properties on custom page/template

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the default meta properties on a custom page/template, I would like to change the twitter:image property on my custom page only, not sitewide, the default twitter:image is fine for the rest of the site. Is that possible does anyone know?
