Change "Contact Us" setting

I am having trouble changing the "Contact Us" setting for the tab at the bottom.

I have changed the email address in the admin panel but it still diverts to the old email when the "Contact Us" button is selected at the bottom of the forum.

The email that gets shown is *your* email address; if you are clicking on Contact Us while logged in.
Log out and try using the contact us form again; to see what I mean.
