Certain timezone returning error

I was trying something out with time zones and randomly clicked on Greenland only to get this error when trying to save Please select a valid time zone..

So I went through them all and these are the probably need changing according to List of tz database time zones [wiki page].

1. (UTC-03:00) Greenland: America/Godthab -> America/Nuuk [Reworded]
2. (UTC-08:00) Baja California: America/Santa_Isabel [Deprecated]
