Cannot reproduce Certain PM title/body causes page cannot be loaded error.

So a user of mine sent me a PM and it caused the following error upon trying to open/read it.

You can see it's on multiple sites too as I was able to replicate it on a friend's forum on completely different hosting/environment.

So i believe it is indeed a bug.

This will almost certainly just be your ad blocker triggering because the word "ad" appears in the URL. Try disabling it.

The weird thing is I did and it still gave me the result posted above which is why I assumed it was a bug.
