XF 1.5 Censor - Exceptions?

Is it possible to censor a particular word or series of words but have an exception?

E.g., I'd like to not allow "ABC" except if it's "ABC, 123" - possible?

Are the censoring rules processed in order, e.g., could I have

ABC -> ***

then

ABC, 123 -> ABC, 123

and it would let it through?

The system doesn't do what you want. This would require custom programming.
