XF 2.3 Captcha audio option/alternative...

Sorry, I'm posting this message verbatim from a user and apparently there are two out of the 150 people that have signed up for my forum that have vision impairment:

Some people won't be able to register if the Captcha does not have an audio option. Those who are visually impaired to various degrees. including people who use high contrast screens which make images difficult to view etc. As someone who has been on both sides of the street. would suggest adding the audio verification option for Captcha or note to click on the Captcha button and see the instructions for getting a cookie to bypass the visual verification feature.

Is there an audio option you can add/have considered adding? Can I add that independently? Sorry, just trying to help those in need.
