Can't post anywhere, can't move threads, can't do anything - as an admin.

I've gave once an admin to one guy that told me he will keep the site tidy - youngster, like 15-16 y.o, so I'm sure his work wasn't intended. But after he have done something in the admin panel, i can't literally do anything - I can't move threds, delete threads, post anything... Many of my users have similiar problem, and I have no clue how to resolve it...

The site adress is bukkit.pl, I've checked admin and nodes permissions - everything looks ok.. Anyone got a clue what it can be?
