XF 1.5 Cant PM until 20 posts?

In two years of using Xenforo, I've never had any spam issue which is great. However today I had someone join up and start PMing people, thankfully it was only to about 10 people so never mind.

Is there a way I can stop people messaging other members until they have 10 posts etc?

Yep, Set registered usergroup to not have the conversations permission, then create a group with only that permission and use the usergroup promotion system
