XF 2.1 Can't find minimum characters to post

Where can I set the minimum length of posts/body (text element) across the forums? I only found maximum length of message (conversations I guess).

This is something that should be added tbh.

Very surprised such a basic function is not included. A minimum is needed for thread titles as well.
