Browser issue Cannot Copy or Paste In Page Creation Fields

Using Win7 with Chrome.

When you have content in the template HTML field when creating custom pages, you cannot copy or paste within the field. If there is no content, you can paste into it, but if content exists, it won't allow it.

The error that shows beside the field is: "The field 'template' was not recognised"

I get that same message in Chrome & Firefox. Both of these have that bug?
