Can you share any positive experiences you've had with the telecalling software?

I am currently looking for an option of telecalling software for my outsourcing team, but I still have some doubts as I will be using this software for the first time. There are a lot of software options available in the market. Still, I can't figure out the possible outcomes of this software, so it would be a great help if anybody shares their experience with this software, and it would be great for me if somebody share which things we have to be careful about.
