Can Xenforo replicate something similar to Cybergamer.com ?

I was wondering if XenForo could be tweaked / modified by a professional to re-create what www.cybergamer.com has done where it is a hybrid between a forum and a website, and people can create and join teams for online e-sports and compete in tournaments, seasons & various other competitions. It also has a built in ladder which ties into the forum profiles of each user.

The tournaments section looks like this for example https://www.cybergamer.com/tournaments/16720/ and all data is shared between the ladder, the forum & the tournaments.
People can create teams as demonstrated here https://www.cybergamer.com/tournaments/16720/team/109004/ and people's accounts from the forums are linked up with all the data.
Forum usernames / profiles also show tournament & ladder data as displayed as an example here: https://www.cybergamer.com/profile/1732/CONZ/​

I'm unable to view the cybergamer site currently, but there is an existing addon for XF1 which handles tournaments and is currently in development for XF2: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/xfa-tournament.4711/
