Can Xenforo Admins/Moderators view Private Message Content between users?

Can Xenforo Admins/Moderators view Private Messages (PM) between users? I am looking to have mods/admin be able to view PMs for non-compliant information.

I am looking to set up a classifieds website using Wordpress/Classipress which will feature its own messaging system. I'm looking to add Xenforo as the forum software.

Is there a possibility of merging the Private Message system with my main site so I don't have dual messaging systems / dual inboxes etc.? Ideally I would only have ONE INBOX for all messages - whether they are forum or classified related.

There are two wordpress bridges, but only xfrocks version used the wordpress user DB, a vital function of classipress. It won't be a easy task merging inboxes though.
