XF 2.3 Can we long press on a message and have a pop-up menu showing actions?

This is particularly useful for mobile version.

To illustrate:

1) Long press on the message area (pink area).

2) A pop-up menu showing the actions (most, maybe leave Like there as it is) in blue area.

This makes the message area clearer.
