XF 2.2 Can we disable Ignore button?

We have had a user accidentally hit the Ignore button. Is it possible to disable this button?

And your users are going to be okay with not able to ignore people? I find it is a fairly important feature for maintaining my sanity at times.

Our forum is an old car club's private forum, we have never needed the ignore facility. Fortunately our members are polite and non abusive
In 17 years we are fortunate not to have needed this facility.
