Can the Resource Manager be used to publish articles?

I run a small travel forums on XenForo, using the forums and media gallery. Could I use the Resource Manager to publish travel articles written by the forum users? My categories would be countries and general travel topics. For example, Italy - Travel Notes. Some of the articles would be long with many photos. I would use the discussion tab to allow discussion of the article.

Would this be a good use of the Resource Manager? Currently I publish travel articles on my main (handbuilt HTML) website. This would let the user do all the work and be in control of the content.

Can I change the name from "Resources" to "Travel Articles"? Can I remove anything about selling items?
Is the Version History automatically generated?
Can you point me to documentation about the Resource Manager?

Thanks for your help with this.

Yes, you can use the RM for that.
We have guide type resources in use here.

Yes and yes.

Version history is really only relevant when it relates to downloadable files.

There isn't really a how to use guide for the RM but there's this: https://xenforo.com/community/threads/resource-manager-admin-options.46514/

You can test it out here: https://xenforo.com/demo/
