XF 2.1 Can not uninstall addon after giving error on installation

Hi.
I've tried to install AED addon but in installation it gives con_user unknown error. Whenever i try to remove addon from FTP, then it gives another error.
How can i remove this?

You have to ask the addon developer in the addon thread or on their site.
