XF 2.1 Can not see 'Reaction function' in each posts

Dear All,
We are using Xenforo v2.1.1, but can not see the Reaction function. Could you please show me the way to enable 'Reactions function" as below photo. (https://giaiphapexcel.com/diendan/threads/chuyên-đề-giải-đáp-những-thắc-mắc-về-code-vba.83698/page-100 )

Apparently someone can see them I see posts liked. Must be logged in to see them? Is "React to posts" set to 'yes' in registered usergroup at ACP> User Group Permissions?

Additionally, you won't see the option for using reactions in your own posts.

Sorry for my English, I mean I can not see all Reaction (Love, Haha, Wow...) on reaction popup menu. I have only used like button for one reaction 'like'

If you mousemove on the like button, the popup menu with Like, Love, Wow... will be displayed. But on our website only like button when you move the mouse on it.

In mobile you gotta click and hold to open the menu. On PC mousehover opens it.

If you're on PC plz show image with your pointer hovering.

Is this happening only to you, or all? Have you tried it with other browsers? Does it work for you on phone?
