RM 2.3 Can Members Sell Resources in XenForo by Default?

Does XenForo have a built-in system that allows members to sell resources themselves, or would this require an additional marketplace addon to handle sales, payments, and permissions?

There's no payment method built in Resources manager to allow for selling of individual resources from what I've seen. You will require an additional add on for that.
