Can I use Importer again to patch new data? vbulletin conversion

Hello all, If I successfully convert my vbulletin 3.8 to xenforo on say Monday,
Then customize my new xenforo forum on Tuesday,
Can I use the converter again to patch new threads / posts / users on wednesday,
So I can do an instant switchover to a working fully converted xenforo forum on Thursday

The answer is no - the importer does not support incremental or top up imports.
