can I setup more than 1 email & preset subject for the contract form?

Can I set different email addresses & filled out subjects for the email contact form?

for example

I have a problem w/ my account - accounts@email.com
I've mailed a donation - donations@email.com
Advertising Inquiry - advertising@email.com
