Can I set a limit on visits or page-views for non-paying members?

It would be great if there were an option (or add-on) to set limits for my free members (registered) on how many pages (or how much time they can spend) before being forced to buy a paid membership.

I'm looking for something like a typical media-site pay-wall. i.e.: a monthly limit of like 20 forum pages viewed, or a time limit of say 20 minutes per month. Hit that limit and it should tell you so, then reset for the next calendar month. This is the way that NYTimes or New Yorker or hundreds of other sites do it.

Could limits like that be set? I know I can restrict certain forum areas to paying members only, but that's different. I want to let people consume some level of content and then get asked to upgrade to view more.

There are probably more add ons, but most focus on registration, not on upgrades.
