Can I see a users password?

I am admin, can i see a users password? Or can I use their account to post stuff?

Nothing malicious. The user isn't very savvy and has asked me to post something with pictures and links.

Never. Because Passwords are encrypted. can not see it

Ok thought so. But is there a way I can post on a users behalf without seeing he password. I can just ask the user, that's fine. But I would rather not.

You would require the password to log in under their account.
