I am a big fan of the Creative Commons. I am making a bunch of graphic art and I want to place it in the Creative Commons with no attribution and no derivatives. However, I am using the "OldSansBlack" font (I believe a Win7 standard). Am I technically allowed to put such a thing the the CC?

If you can, point me to some hard facts. I know most of the copyright laws but I am not sure about the above.

For fonts, I think you can use the font, you just cannot redistribute it. Many fonts are distributed free of charge, so if you are unsure, just don't include the font files in your download.
