XF 1.3 Can I merge my Home & Forum links?

Forum links to http://site.com/index.php

I definitely don't need both of these.
My website is strictly a forum so I don't really need anything linking to "forum".

Remove the Home Page URL in the options.

As it states: This is the URL to your home page, outside of the board. If this is left blank, 'Home' will not appear in the navigation.

Unless you're referring to index.php, in which case that is the Friendly URLs option: http://xenforo.com/help/friendly-urls/

Now how easy is it to reword FORUM to Home?

Would that be done using the xen router?

Do you mean the text on the tab or the route?

The text is controlled via the phrase.
The route can be changed using the route filter function.
