XF 1.5 Can I Have a User Name "Admin"

I recall, but for the life of me cannot remember where, this is a list in the ACP of usernames that aren't allowed. Can anyone point me to that list?

Is it OK to create a user named "Admin"? I am forum admin and would sometimes find it easier, rather than having to make sure people spell my name correctly - my name is my username - that I could tell them to send something to "admin".

You can change the name without issue.

The restricted user name list applies to new registrations only.

It's in the registration options in the ACP.

@Brogan, thank you for your reply.

I am most likely going to create a new account for the user admin. Following your suggestion, I did go to Options, User Registration,
and "admin" is, indeed, on the list not to allow. So I will remove it from that list and see how that works.

Is there a way for me to create an Inbox option for the admin user account that would automatically forward to my current account? I do something similar with some of my email accounts.

No, there's no option for that in XF.

Just set email alerts for conversations and forward the email to the other account email address.
