XF 2.1 Can I apply the 2.1.0 patch to a 2.1.9 installation?

Just to be clear, we released the 2.1.10 version today (not 2.1.0).
This includes a security fix which we provided a patch for. The whole point of us providing the downloadable patch file is so that security fixes can be downloaded and used if you don't have an active license or if it is more convenient to do so.
The downloadable patch files only include the security fix though so if you're affected by any other bugs that were fixed in the full 2.1.10 release then we'd strongly recommend renewing and upgrading as soon as you can.
