Can be a licence transfered 2 or 3 times?

I will give an example:
I buy a new licence, after 6 months I sell it.
The new buyer, after 5 months sell it again.

Can be possible? I mean, a licence can be only transfered one time or more?

I think the EULA says 'no', if they practice that I do not know.

i recall this being talked about in the early days, and the answer was 'no'.

It seriously says quite clearly: the new license holder waives the transfer rights.
If they do it as a courtesy and at their discretion, nobody can say.

so if you buy a second-hand license it will be nontransferable.
