Can admin see drafts?

Hello, guys! Sorry if I 'am posting in inappropriate thread, but can the admin see the user's draft?

Not directly (there's not an interface to view them), but they do exist in the database for a period of time, so if someone really wanted to go look at them, they could by digging through the database.
