Can 2 Xen installation share 1 "user" table?

I would like to install 2 xen installation on same server with 2 different servers.
Can they share same user table?

In MSSQL I create a view from original user table then used it for another installation. Can I also do this with MySQL?

That isn't supported by default. It will require some custom development.

I don't like the idea of pointing two forums to a single user database. My inclination would be to extend XenForo_DataWriter_User to synchronize the user records between the two databases whenever there is a change. I think that would be easier to program and less invasive.
