Caching Googlebot

I am curious, if you cache guests, does this mean that Googlebot also gets cached and so therefore you get great speed ratings? My speed ratings for mobile are considered slow if I look in Google Search Console. So I was wondering how to get it faster!

Edit: Google Search Console shows this as the source for the speed data: Source: Chrome UX report, which I presume is the real world experience of Chrome users.

I guess Chrome UX report shows you average speed of all your pages. you probably have a looot of threads with a looot of pictures & videos.
