Buying XenForo branding removal (Question)

I plan to buy removal branding in the future. I have a few questions.

1. All XenForo copyrights that come from the footer and banner image, as well as AdminCP, can be fully removed, right?
   
   
2. Do I need to re-download and re-upload the file again if I have a branding removal?
   
   
3. The branding removal license is a lifetime license and will never expire, correct?
