All bulk messages you have sent its saving to the inbox (checking the : Lock Conversation when you send it) .
I have right now 890 pages with conversations.

This is XenForo default feature. However, to solve your issue, we will bring a feature to leave conversation for sender automatically on the next upgrade version.

First question. why your addon can not do this: ?

Another important suggestion: woud be great if there are the possibility to change the sender.
so, you can send the notification with another avatar. ie, the logo of your forum!
Can not belive this great addon don't have this easy and vital option.

I'd also like to second two suggestions that were already given:

1. Allow us to designate a specific user to send the conversations/alerts from;
2. Allow a specific custom field/option to be used as a criteria for sending, something like an "opt-out", so that the user has the option to uncheck that if they don't want to receive the converstions/alerts.
