Not a bug Breadcrumbs

If you have the root breadcrumb selected as None in the basic options, should that not apply as well to the Featured Content page, among a few others ?

It does apply to the featured content page, but "what's new" item isn't the root breadcrumb (that is, it appears regardless of which root breadcrumb is selected). I can appreciate how it can be confusing, but it's the same as 'Forums' appearing in the breadcrumbs for forum pages even when 'None' is selected. The root breadcrumb appears on all pages regardless of which section they belong to.

i guess what i mean is, if i pick an option that says i don't want any breadcrumbs, then I figured I would not have any breadcrumbs; anywhere. that is just me probably.
