Implemented Blocking spammer domains

I would like to disallow registrations that use temporary accounts like gotmail.com and mailexpire.com. It was possible with vB but not yet (that I can find) with XF.

I seem to be getting more bounced email from these accounts recently and would like to block them altogether.

Any plans to add that feature in XF?

Enter the email addresses or domain you wish to ban.

If I "ban an email address" using a domain, does that ban or effect the users that have already registered with those email addresses? Or does it just keep subsequent registrations from using those email domains? (this is what I want)

The latter.

It also prevents any existing members from changing their email address to a banned domain

Thanks Paul. So to use an entire domain, just type in gotmail.com, or do I type *@gotmail.com.

One more question...

I would like to edit the phrase that would best indicate to the registrant what is happening when they try and use a blocked domain upon registration.

Something like...

We do not share your email addresses with anyone, period! However, certain email domains commonly used for spam are not allowed for registration on Dodgeboard.com. Please chose another email address.

Which registration phrase would I edit to get this effect?

email_address_you_entered_has_been_banned_by_administrator

That phrase is also used when a member tries to edit their email address to a banned domain.
