You should add proxycheck.io, as they're much cheaper and can do more. Also, this should work fine with Cloudflare, as long as you use the real_ip module for ngnix or apache, whichever is being used. This seems to blanket ban everything, which is not the best IMO. There are legitimate proxies, such as Apple icloud relay, which includes every iPhone user in the world using Safari. Proxycheck allows custom rules, such as Apple icloud Relay, to pass legitimately.
