XF 1.3 Blank page when loading domain.com/forums/install

I've done all the steps necessary to install Xenforo. I just bought it today and I'm brand new to it so I could be missing something.

I've done the following steps:
- Downloaded Xenforo .zip form customer area
- Uploaded package contents to domain.com/forums
- Set internal and data directories to 777 permissions
- Visited domain.com/forums/install

It's definitely the right path, but somehow I don't see installation prompt/instructions? Ideas? Thanks.

Nevermind, went to another site just now and the WYSIWYG wasn't working in Chrome, but worked in Firefox.

Install folder worked in Firefox too so it's a browser issue. I wonder why? Anyway, case closed.
