You can deactivate or activate payment profiles as usual.

Yes, this module only applies to user upgrades.

They reversed that I think.

Last december BitPay imposed a minimum transaction amount of usd$100.

Personally I didn't have any problems to create transactions at 5 euros, the API of Bitpay did not block me I think it is no longer topical.

It's a nice addon, but the "Cost" should be automatically inputted based on the upgrade selected.

Every time I have to update a price or add a new upgrade, I have to go to the Bitpay settings and create another payment method.
