Lack of interest Birthday widget should have admin option to show members you are Following only

This widget can become unwieldy on large communities, there should be an admin option in the widget settings to only show birthdays of followed members, which are the ones important to members.

Another beneficial setting could be based on log in date or 0 posts to weed out inactive/spam.

The full Members can still have all these.

If I had the "following" setting I could rename the widget to something that represented that so people knew it was who they follow.
