Hello Andy,
As a birthday calendar that's out of the question for me. But I am looking for something similar.
Can you rewrite this by reading out an individual user field that contains a baptismal date and reminds the user by email?
Or is this already configurable?

Could there be an option to include how old the user will be in brackets (respecting their privacy setting obviously)?

Since the update to 1.5 the calendar looks like this:
