Billing Question?

If I bought my XenForo license on January 1st and then on July 1st I added the Media Gallery plugin then how is billing handled for the support and upgrades? The original purchase comes with 12 months but so far as I can tell XenForo does not factor the date it was added when setting the price to extend support or anything.

Am I misunderstanding this?

Official add-ons are tied to the license and everything expires at the same date.

In your case everything will expire 1 January next year.

The general recommendation when purchasing an add-on for an existing license is to renew first, then purchase the add-on.
That minimises the cost.
