I installed wikimedia on my server but it is so slow.
What is the best option for a descent wiki?

THE layout looks realy Old
It's a beta. The looks will improve. Pegasus implements all popular suggestions.
Vaultwiki has always been a vbulletin addon, but has recently been rewritten to be compatible with XenForo as well.

Vault Wiki is probably the best full-fledged wiki you can get for XenForo; I myself used it back when I was on vBulletin and I highly recommend it. Plus, Pegasus gives good support.

As for my uses though, I found that with my community, full-fledged wikis are massive overkill; so I wrote my own "lite" wiki software. Its missing 95% of the features most wikis have; but the advantage is its much faster and more focused on delivering relevant data. Not to mention, its very easy to use.

A great example of it's use can be found here: http://virtuafighter.com/wiki/index/

Your wiki looks Great. Can it handle thousands of pages?

I have a huge MediaWiki. Is there any AddOn, that can import the data from a Mediawiki?
