Google Analytics will tell you where all your website traffic is coming from > http://www.google.ca/analytics/
What about Piwik? I use this a website (no xenforo based) I'm running at the moment and it's fantastic.
There's a demo here if you want to take a quick look!
You do need to run this software on your own servers though so it's a bit more involved then hosted solutions like Google's. I think it's worth it though!
