Following up from this thread.
It would be cool to have admin action notifications have their own dedicated image.
It's currently the no defined gender user avatar, which is a question mark.
This is a little weird, it's not a question for the user. It's an alert, information that something definitive has been actioned. An exclamation mark would be more fitting.
It could perhaps be tied to a specified admin account, or it's own dedicated admin/mod alert image.
