XF 1.3 Batch Update Users and Rebuilding

So we're 2.5 hours into the switch from vB to XF 1.3. Everything has gone well.

It's time to update the users and I'm doing the Batch Update Users. I've done the first batch and it's rebuilding the search index and as expected it's taking a while.

Is there a way to suspend rebuilding the search index until after all the usergroups are updated? I have about 19 different sets to update and this will end up taking a long time otherwise.

You should be able to cancel the search index rebuild by clicking on the button.

Will that cause any problems?

No, but you will have to rebuild it again.

Alright... it seems my fellow admin started a rebuild without telling me. It had nothing to do with the batch update.
